Infant & Toddler Teacher
We are looking for an experienced full-time Infant and Toddler Teacher who finds wonder in children’s earliest discoveries and enjoys following their natural curiosity through an inquiry-based curriculum. This teacher will create a warm, nurturing environment where little ones feel safe to explore, learn, and grow while building strong, trusting relationships with children and families.
Preschool Teaching Assistant
We are looking for a part-time Preschool Teaching Assistant who finds joy in children’s questions, creativity, and everyday discoveries. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children in inclusive classroom settings and will work alongside the teaching team to bring our inquiry-based curriculum to life in a warm, welcoming environment where every child can learn, belong, and thrive.
After School Teacher
We are looking for a part-time After-School and Wraparound Care Teacher who enjoys creating a welcoming place where preschool and school-age children can relax, build friendships, and explore their interests. This teacher will support outdoor play, creative projects, homework time, and engaging activities while helping every child feel included, capable, and connected.
Classroom Floater
We are looking for a flexible, part-time Classroom Floater and Teaching Assistant who enjoys bringing a helping hand and a warm presence wherever needed. This position supports teachers, provides staff breaks, and substitutes in classrooms while helping children of all ages feel safe, included, and ready to explore, learn, and grow.

What hours are you open?
Our program runs 7am-6pm Monday-Friday. Each position requires varying availability during those hours. Occasional evenings and weekend work for family engagement and professional development are also required.
Do you offer any benefits?
Wildflower Preschool & Child Care offers paid holidays, paid sick leave, and paid time off, as well as a 401 (k) and employee-discounted child care rates.
What are the requirements?
All employees must pass and maintain enrollment in Oregon's central background registry. Employees must complete state-required safety training and have a strong commitment to furthering their education with 24 hours of professional development annually.

Can I bring my child to work with me?
Employees are given priority enrollment into the program at a 10% discounted tuition rate. Enrollment is based on classroom availability.
